Prof. Zhouyang Ren received the Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from Chongqing University, Chongqing, China, in June 2014. He is currently an Associate Professor with the School of Electrical Engineering, Chongqing University. He is also a researcher with the Power and Energy Reliability Research Center of Chongqing University. His research interests include power system planning, tidal current generation and power system big data analysis. He has published more than 20 papers in IEEE Transactions and other journals/conferences, and have performed or is performing 30 industrial and research projects as a PI or Co-PI.
